The 2025 party is going to be themed Red Carpet Gala!

You won’t want to miss all the fun we have in store!!! Make sure to leave room in your suitcase to take all your goodies back home with you!!

We will be holding the event at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Lawrenceburg, IN. This is the same hotel as the 2024 event and will be the exact location of J.R. Wards Q&A for 2025! How convenient!!

Included with your ticket: 3 course Dinner, Drinks, 10 Raffle tickets, 1 Free Glass of Wine ticket, Access to BDB Vendors, Goodies, Dessert and a surprise!!

Dinner will include ONE of the following plated meal options: (make sure you confirm your dinner option when purchasing your ticket(s))

Option 1: Lemon & thyme Chicken Breast- Creamy Herb Polenta with Gouda. Grilled Asparagus, Truffled Mushroom Ragout

Option 2: Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib – Parsnip Potatoe Puree, Wilted Swiss Chard, Garlic Roasted Baby Carrots, Braising Demi-Glaze

Option 3: Food Allergy/Vegetarian

Dinner will also include rolls with butter, choice of soup or salad, dessert & coffee/tea.

*Dinner may slightly be adjusted due to vendor menu updates (supposed to take place EOY, possibly). IF there are changes, all attendees will be notified! 

There will also be a cash bar for all alcoholic drinks and soft drinks.

Due that we may include a ticket for an alcoholic drink with your Gala ticket purchase – please advise when you purchase your tickets, if any member of your group is under the age of 21

10 Raffle tickets will be included with the purchase of your party ticket.

*Additional Raffle tickets will also be available for purchase for additional entries. $1 per ticket (only sold in bundles of 10 tickets = $10 per bundle).
